Presst is a trading name of RFS Dry Cleaning Suppliers Ltd (Company No. 15147385), registered at 54 Shaftesbury Avenue, Kenton, Harrow, England, HA3 0QY.
1. About Presst
Presst acts as a booking agent connecting customers with independent third-party service providers ("Service Providers") for laundry, ironing, dry cleaning, alterations, and key cutting services. Your contract for the actual services is with the Service Provider, not with Presst.
2. Placing an Order
By placing an order through presst.co you agree to these terms. An order is confirmed when you receive a booking confirmation from us.
3. Pricing
All prices are displayed on our website and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to update pricing at any time. The price shown at the time of booking is the price you will pay.
4. Payment
Payment must be made in full before your items are collected or delivered. We use Stripe for secure payment processing. Your card details are never stored on our systems.
5. Collection & Delivery
We operate across multiple UK cities. Collection and delivery slots are subject to availability in your area. We will make reasonable efforts to meet agreed time slots but cannot guarantee exact times due to factors outside our control.
6. Cancellations
You may cancel an order free of charge up to 2 hours before your scheduled collection. Cancellations made after this point may be subject to a cancellation fee.
7. Complaints
All complaints should be directed to us at hello@presst.co and not to the driver or Service Provider directly. We will do our best to assist with any dispute, however please note that legal liability for the services provided rests with the Service Provider.
8. Liability
Presst's liability is limited to the booking fee paid. We are not liable for any loss, damage, or delay caused by a Service Provider. Please refer to our Damage Policy for how damage claims are handled.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on presst.co is owned by or licensed to RFS Dry Cleaning Suppliers Ltd. You may not reproduce or use it without our written permission.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
